On the last occasion, this Court had passed the following order:
"From a perusal of the material on record, it is presently not clear as to whether the original order passed under Section 122B has attained finality. Although the Court finds reference to an order dated 4 March 2016 passed in appellate proceedings, the same is also not on the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to produce a copy of the said order on the record of these proceedings.
Include in the list of fresh cases of 29 May 2018."
Despite the same learned counsel for the applicant is unable to apprise the Court whether the original order under Section 122B has attained finality.
In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt. It is however left open to the applicant if so advised to institute appropriate proceedings referable to Rule 115E of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Rules, 1952 read with their corresponding statutory provisions as contained in the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
