Delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
Appellant will take fresh steps to serve the unrepresented respondents by registered post.
Admit.
Until further orders of the Court, the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 27.3.2010, passed by Special Judge, D.A.A./M.A.C.T. Farrukhabad in M.A.C.P. No.138 of 2003 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 1/2 of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to the court below for adjustment.
The claimants (award holder) will be entitled to lift the amount without any security.
