The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the court below to decide the injunction application No. 6 C within a specified time frame.
The petitioner has instituted Original Suit No. 373 of 2018. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that service of summons on the defendants was held sufficient by order dated 13.12.2018.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
