Petitioner has already represented before the authority concerned vide representation dated 18.4.2018, for grant of benefit of promotional pay scale under ACP, which has remained pending. A prayer is, therefore, made to direct the authority concerned to consider petitioner's claim.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to annex all materials, including previous representations. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of four months thereafter.
