Case called out. None responds for the petitioners to press this writ petition.
The petitioners being aggrieved by inaction of the opposite par;ties, whereby the opposite parties no. 4 and 5 have taken possession of Flat No. 18 and 19, situated in Jahangirabad Mension, P.S. Hazratanj, Lucknow, have preferred the instant writ petition.
It has been pleaded that the petitioners purchased the property flat no. 18 and 19 through registered sale deed.
The opposite parties no.4 and 5 have no allotment order and without allotment order they cannot take possession and detain the possession of the petitioners flat no. 18 and 19.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties no. 1 to 3 to proceed in accordance with law.
