Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the mutation case instituted in the year 2013 under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 has not been disposed of, till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar to consider and decide the mutation case No. T201805440309917 under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 (Shyam Kumar & Ors. vs. Chunni Lal & Ors.) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
