1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his Misc. Case No. T201816670601349 of 2017 (Shyam Kishor Vs. State of U.P.), filed under Section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.1- Upziladhikari, Tehsil-Aurai, Disrict-Bhadohi, has remained pending for very long.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1-Upziladhikari, Tehsil-Aurai, Disrict- Bhadohi, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
