1. Learned advocate for the petitioner has confined this petition to prayer of issuing appropriate direction to Respondent no.2, before whom Revision Application preferred in the month of February 2011 is still pending. Learned AGP on advance copy could not resist this request. The Court, therefore, is of the view that the petition is required to be disposed of with the following direction.
The Respondent no.2 shall dispose of the Revision Application which was preferred by the petitioner in the month of February 2011 as expeditiously as possible, not later than 22/3/2012. The Revision Application in other words is to be disposed of latest by 22/3/2012.
2. Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Rule made absolute. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Direct service permitted.
