This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned NCR No.23 of 2021, under Sections 323 & 504 IPC, Police Station Nawabganj, District Farrukhabad.
Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that now FIR has been registered as Case Crime No. 221 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504 and 324 IPC, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh.
Aforesaid prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
