Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri S.K. Singh Vashisht, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner is challenging the order of the D.I.O.S. by which the second in seniority has been granted promotion on the post of Assistant Clerk in an aided intermediate college.
Admittedly, the petitioner although senior does not possess CCC Certificate which is necessary requirement.
That being the case, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
