JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the parties are present.
Counsel for the revisionist stated that victim has already married to Genda Lal and victim is not supporting version to the prosecution.
In the circumstances it is directed that revisionist raise the fact to the present court where the trial is going on and if she does not support the version of prosecution, then he can very well, get suitable order from the court concerned.
List in 02nd week of July, 2016. Meanwhile the revisionist will take steps as directed above.
