Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already proceeded to file an appeal along with stay application. The said appeal has been entertained by the Appellate Court and on the said application date is already fixed on 6th June, 2018 but on the spot the respondents are threatening to evict the petitioner and carry out demolition and, as such request has been made that till disposal of the stay application, respondents may be restricted not to carry out demolition/eviction of the petitioner.
With the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of finally directing the appellate court to decide the stay application expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order but certainly after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders and till the disposal of the stay application, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
