Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to demarcate the plot no. 63Ka area 0.4170 hectare situated at Mauja Mohanpura, Pargana Kharid, Tehsil Bansdih, District Ballia which was recorded as Banjar in revenue record.
Petition PIL is not supported by an affidavit of the petitioner himself.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present PIL with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer so made allowed.
Present PIL is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
