The Settlement Officer, Chakbandi, Allahabad, while accepting an application dated 16.7.2018 preferred by the present petitioner, set-aside the order dated 7.7.2008 and further restrain the parties from raising any construction till disposal of the case said to be pending before the court of Chief Revenue Officer.
It is submitted by the petitioner that despite the order aforesaid, the respondent is raising construction. A representation was submitted to the Chakbandi Officer in that regard on 27.11.2018 but of no consequence. A prayer is made to direct the officer concerned to decide the representation.
Having considered the facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Phoolpur, Prayagraj to decide the representation said to be submitted by the petitioner, copy whereof is available on record as annexure no. 11, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
