Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 2016176577032259 (Satish Mani Vs. Shyam Bihari Mani & Ors.) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mehdawal, District-Sant Kabi Nagar, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 2016176577032259 (Satish Mani Vs. Shyam Bihari Mani & Ors.) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mehdawal, District-Sant Kabi Nagar, shall be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
