Counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the Dispute/Grievance Redressal Committee, as provided under clause (b) of Paragraph XVIII of the general conditions of contract. Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case. We observe that if the petitioner approaches the Grievance Redressal Committee, his grievance shall be considered expeditiously.
