When the case was taken up on 19.2.2018, Standing Counsel appearing for the bank informed that Fixed Deposit Account of the petitioner was not traceable and the bank was searching the same and when it would be found the payment would be made to the petitioner. Then the case was adjourned. Today it has been informed by the Standing counsel for the bank that full and final payment of Fixed Deposit Amount of the petitioner has been made to him on 12.3.2018 to which the petitioner has given in writing that he is satisfied with the payment made to him. The counsel for the petitioner has also countersigned his satisfaction.
In view of the fact the writ petition has become infructuous. It is dismissed as such.
