1. It is contended that appellant was Daftari and has no duty to receive money, which has been deposited by customer in Bank concerned. Hence, allegation levelled against appellant to misappropriate by receiving money from customer is patently false. Neither appellant has been assigned supposed to discharge such duty nor he is competent to receive money as Daftri from customer. Daftari is a Class IV employee.
2. Learned Counsel for appellant when questioned seeks time to produce relevant provisions, showing duty of Daftri, before the Court.
3. List after two weeks.
