Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Fair price shop of the petitioner's village Dharampur, Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti, has been attached with fair price shop of another village Telhupur, Parasrampur, Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti.
In this backdrop, it is urged that the villagers are facing difficulty in obtaining their monthly ration. Petitioner has already made a representation to the second respondent-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Harraiya, District Basti, which is pending consideration.
Learned standing counsel submits that appropriate order shall be passed by the second respondent-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Harraiya, District Basti.
In regard thereto, writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the the second respondent-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Harraiya, District Basti, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not considered the claim and contention of the petitioner on merit.
