Order on Criminal Misc. Parole Application No. 7 of 2019 Heard Sri Rajeev Sawhney, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Amrit Raj Chauraisa, learned A.G.A for the state.
Learned A.G.A has filed affidavit of compliance in compliance of order of the Court dated 13.8.2019.
Affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Deputy Chief Medical Officer, District Varanasi and the report of medical test has been annexed with the affidavit of compliance from the perusal of which, we find that the petitioner is undergoing some ailment which is curable ailment and not of such nature that the applicant could not perform normal pursuit of life.
In view of the same the parole application is rejected.
