The writ petition has been filed for issuing mandamus directing Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad and Station House Officer, P.S. Phoolpur, district Allahabad (respondents-2 and 3) to ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No.341 of 2018, under Section 392, 506 IPC, P.S.Phoolpur, district Allahabad and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
It is alleged that the F.I.R. was lodged on 16.8.2018 but the police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad and Station House Officer, P.S. Phoolpur, district Allahabad (respondents-2 and 3) to ensure fair investigation in Case Crime No.341 of 2018, under Section 392, 506 IPC, P.S.Phoolpur, district Allahabad and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
