The applicant has sought expeditiously disposal of the trial of the year 2017 of case no. 431 of 2017, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. P.S. Bhelupur, District Varanasi, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi.
The applicant has failed to bring on record the status of the roaster of the court below dealing with other expedited trials of the earlier years in the court. No time bound direction can be issued at this stage.
This Court declines to interfere with the application at this stage. The application is accordingly dismissed.
