JUDGMENT / ORDER

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced by Mr.Parmar, learned advocate for the applicants and perused the relevant papers, including the copy of the FIR, so also the copy of affidavit of applicant No.1 and the copy of her statement before the concerned police officer. None appeared for respondent No.3, though served. Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr.Parmar, learned advocate for the applicants and taking into consideration the relevant papers, it transpires that the matter requires consideration, hence, rule, returnable on 27.4.2012. Mr.Raval, learned APP appears and waives service of rule for respondent No.1 and 2. There shall be interim relief in terms of paragraph 12(B).
