By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Case No. 643 of 2018 (Shweta Jaiswal Vs. Sudheer Jaiswal and others), under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Chiluawatal, District Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, District Gorakhpur, expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, District Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously.
