The submission is that the Complaint Case No. 2235 of 2017 (Sushila Devi Vs. Pankaj Verma) under Section 420 I.P.C., Police Station Sarnath, District - Varanasi is pending since year 2017 but as yet no summoning order has been passed by the court below.
The application is disposed of directing the court below to pass appropriate order on the complaint within a period of six days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
