The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that when the application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was finally decided on 25.10.2018 the order was not being implemented. In this regard the petitioner has represented on 02.11.2018 and 20.11.2018.
It is, therefore, directed that the applications filed by the petitioner on 02.11.2018 and 20.11.2018 be decided within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
