Order:
This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in stipulating condition vide Clause-6 of eligibility criteria in Tender Notification No.SE-Operation/NLG/T.N.01/14-15 pertaining to Manning (Operation and Maintenance) on work contract basis at the specified 33/11 KV Sub- Stations in Nalgonda Town Sub-Division in Nalgonda Circle for the period from October, 2014 to March, 2017.
At the hearing, it has come out that the last dates for filing tenders and also opening of the tenders have already expired. In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail fresh remedy, in the event a similar condition is stipulated in future tenders.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.36898 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
