JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vijay Prakash Pathak,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
The order dated 13-3-2012 is corrected by deleting the numerals 91 from second line of the last paragraph of that order for being replaced by numerals 126 and section 363 IPC in the third line be also added before numerals 366. The date which appears at the top of the second page of that order i.e. 5th April, 2011, shall be read as 5th April, 2012. The police station Nakur and the District Saharanpur, are also directed to be deleted for being substituted by police station Hata District - Kushi Nagar.
The order is accordingly corrected.
