Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel in support of this petition and Sri Piyush Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioners who fall in the clerical cadre working under the respondents assail their orders of transfer. The orders are assailed on the ground that only the clerical cadre has been subjected to transfer and other members of the Group -C cadre of the Medical and Health Department of the State have not been touched. The petitioners do not dispute that they do hold posts which are transferable. In view of the aforesaid and bearing in mind the decision rendered in Mrs. Shilpi Bose And Others Vs. State of Bihar And Others; AIR 1991 SC 532, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the orders of transfer.
Consequently, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
