Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kshitij Shailendra, learned Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3.
The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Executive Council, University of Allahabad, Allahabad which is said to be pending for the last 16 months.
Sri Kshitij Shailendra, learned Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3 and states that the appeal shall be decided with all expedition perhaps within two months.
On the basis of the assurance given, it is directed that the appeal, preferred by the petitioner, shall be decided by the respondent no. 3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months, from the date of copy of the order produced before the respondent no. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the said direction.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of this order.
