After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant does not wish to press the instant application, but reserves liberty to approach the authority concerned to ensure compliance of the directions issued by the writ court.
Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved in favour of the applicant.
