The petitioner has earlier filed a petition being MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6834 of 2017 (Smt. Shruti Tiwari vs. Principal Judge Family Court, Allahabad And Another), which was disposed of by order dated 01.11.2017 directing the concerned court below to decide the Case No.974 of 2015 (Smt. Shruti Tiwari vs. Anil Tiwari) expeditiously preferably within six months. Grievance of the petitioner is that the said case has not been decided so far despite the aforesaid order of this court.
I do not find any good reason to issue any further direction to the court below since the aforesaid order dated 01.11.2017 is operating. Therefore, this petition is disposed of.
It is expected that the court below shall expeditiously decide the aforesaid Case No.974 of 2015 (Smt. Shruti Tiwari vs. Anil Tiwari) in accordance with law in the light of the observations made in the order dated 01.11.2017 in MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6834 of 2017.
