(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the materials on record, we pass further interim order in addition to the one we have already passed to this effect that the Jamnagar Municipal Corporation will not grant any permission to any person to make any construction within 100 Mtrs. limit of protected monuments specified in the order dated 13th September 2011 which is the subject matter of these writ-applications. We further direct that if pursuant to any permission so granted earlier any construction activity is going on within 100 Mtrs. limit of protected monuments, the Corporation shall immediately pass orders asking such persons to forthwith stop further construction. Let this order of status quo continue until further orders.
Let the matters come up for hearing on 28th June 2012.
