Shruthi alias Thirumalamba’ on the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Tumakuru to this Hon’ble Court and thereafter transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Shivamogga for disposal in accordance with law by allowing this petition and etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo submitting that the present Civil Petition was filed for transfer of M.C.No.159/2018 on the file of Prl. Judge, Family Court Tumkur to the Family Court Shivamogga. Since M.C.No.159/2018 pending before the I Additional Senior Civil Judge at Tumkur is disposed off on 4.10.2018, the present Civil Petition does not survive for consideration. The status report is filed to this effect.
2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel, memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, Civil Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
