3. Thejaswi Kumar, S/o Chandrachari, Aged about 25 years, Vasur Gate, Ummatur Post, Hunsur Taluk, Mysore District – 571333. … Respondents (By Sri Mallikarjun C Basareddy, Advocate for R1 & 2; Sri P. Mahesha, Advocate for R3) This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order passed by the R-2 dated 11.04.2014 received on 16.04.2014, cancelling the candidature of the petitioner for RGGLV at Gurupura vide Annexure-A.
This writ petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Sri Mallikarjun C Basareddy, learned counsel submits that he is appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. This Court by order dated 24.04.2018, has clarified that in case, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not appear on the next date, this petition shall be dismissed for non- prosecution.
3. On 08.01.2009, Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submitted that now allotment has been issued to respondent No.3. Hence, the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Since none appeared for petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 14.01.2019.
5. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the order dated 24.04.2018, writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
