At the very outset, Sri Vivek Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the order passed by the District Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar in respect of the grievance of the petitioners on 5th December, 2019 the writ petition has got rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous.
