1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Shriram Tiwari & Binda, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 237 of 2020, under Sections - 306, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 22 U.P. Regulation of Money Lending Act, 1976, Police Station - Jahanabad, District - Fatehpur, during pendency of trial.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicants have been falsely implicated in this case and the deceased committed suicide owing to his financial hardship.
4. However at present, perusal of FIR reveals numerous facts allegations made against the applicants.
5. In view of the above, the discretion claimed for grant of anticipatory bail is declined at this stage and the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
