Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present matter due to some unavoidable circumstances steps could not be taken as directed by this Court, and prays for very short time so that necessary steps may be taken.

As prayed, three days time are granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take stapes in the matter.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
