2. On this day, when the Miscellaneous Petition came up for further hearing Mr.B. Murugavel, learned counsel for the insurance company submitted that the entire award amount has been deposited. He further submitted that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, he has made an endorsement.
3. Placing on record the above, Miscellaneous Petition No.1 of 2014, is dismissed and the appeal is CMA SR No.26858 of 2014, is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
