This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 18.8.2021 in Case Crime No.124 of 2021, under Sections 147, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 392 IPC, Police Station Kheta Sarai, District Jaupur.
Smt. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State-respondents submitted that the chargesheet has been filed in the present case on 7.9.2021 and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
