The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide Original Suit No.1123 of 2011 within a stipulated time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the matter is being fixed for recording of cross examination of PW-1.
Having regard to the facts of case and the submission made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
