Shri Pankaj Govil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition which relates to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has been wrongly connected with W.P. No. 30272 of 2009 which writ petitin pertains to the land acquisition for New Okhla Development Authority.
He submits that this petiton be disconnected from W.P. 30272 of 2009.
We have pursed the notification which has been challenged in W.P. No. 30272 of 2009 which notification is with regard to the acquisition of land for New OKhla Industrial Development Authority.
The prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
This writ petiton is disconnected from W.P. No. 30272 of 2009.
Learned counsel for the petitoner submits that the same notification is under challenge in W.P. No. 56453 of 2011. and this writ petition be connected with the said writ petiton.
List alongwith writ petition no. 56453 of 2011 before the appropriate Bench.
