Ms.Nisha M. Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader, prays for time, in order to file the further affidavit, which is opposed by Mr.Y.M. Thakkar, learned advocate for the applicant, on the ground that the time is being taken on behalf of the State Government, time and again.
Considering that an affidavit-in-reply has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 which, according to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, does not fully clarify the stand taken by the State Government, in the view of this Court, one more opportunity can be granted to the State Government to file a further affidavit. The same be done on, or before, 12.06.2012.
