Learned advocate Mr. Adil Mirza states that orally he has been informed that the dispute between the parties has been settled. He has not been getting any response from his client.

2. Under the circumstances, he does not press this application, at this stage, reserving right of the petitioner to revive this application, in case of difficulty. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged. Interim relief shall stand vacated.
