Heard learned advocate Mr. Varun K. Patel appearing for the applicant.
In the main matter being Special Civil Application No.1795 of 2012, rule is served, however, no one appeared for respondent nos.1 and 2.
Considering the prayer prayed for in this application, their presence is not required.
Learned advocate Mr.Patel for the applicant, relying upon the averments made in para-2 and 3 of the application, submits that the applicant shall deposit the compensation as per order dated 21/03/2012 latest by 30/04/2012. It is however, made clear that if such deposit is not made by 30/04/2012, the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 21/03/2012 shall stand vacated automatically.
In view of the above, the application is allowed. The time to make deposit as per order dated 21/03/2012 is extended till 30/04/2012. No order as to costs.
