JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After arguing the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to approach the competent authority by way of a representation.
2. If any such representation is made within a period of four weeks from today, the authority concerned shall decide the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation. The petitioner shall be at liberty to produce necessary document/s, along with such representation, for consideration of the authority concerned, in which case, the authority concerned shall consider all the documents so produced and shall, thereafter, pass a reasoned order on such representation, in accordance with law.
3. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty as aforesaid. Direct service permitted.
