Heard counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shyam Krishna Gupta for respondent nos.2 and 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she has not been paid her post-retiral dues even though she retired on 21.02.2019 and despite repeated representations being made by her to the District Basic Education Officer-Deoria for the aforesaid purpose. The petitioner retired as Class IV employee in Kanya Junior High School, Gaura, Barhaj, District-Deoria.
The petitioner may file a fresh representation before the District Basic Education Officer-Deoria bringing to his notice all the necessary facts who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same after considering the records and shall also take appropriate action, in accordance with law, regarding payment of post-retiral dues, if required, within a period of four months from the date of submitting the representation.
