JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.Mamta R. Vyas, learned advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition and submits that Court may issue appropriate direction to the concerned respondent no.1 and/or respondent no.2 for deciding the representation dated 04/12/2012 within stipulated time and submits that liberty be reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court, in case, if there is any adverse orders. Shri R.H.Rupareliya, learned AGP appearing for respondent no.1-State on advance copy submits that there cannot be any objection, but sufficient time be granted to decide the representation dated 04/12/2012. Matter is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. The matter is disposed of with appropriate liberty. The respondent no.1 and/or respondent no.2 may decide the representation dated 04/12/2012 and earlier representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of the receipt of writ of the Court. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court, in case, any adverse order is passed. The matter is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Direct Service permitted.
