Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Petitioner claims to have been appointed as Assistant Teacher in Sanskrit Vidyalaya and the matter relating to grant of approval is pending before the authority concerned.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, the notice to the opposite party No.8 is dispensed with.
Looking into the nature of issue involved in this petition, the petition is disposed of finally with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5-District Inspector of Schools, Basti for ventilation of his grievance by making a representation taking all the pleas, which may be available to him and annexing all the documents on which he intends to rely, within two weeks from today. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within next two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with representation, as aforesaid. The decision so taken by the authority concerned shall be communicated to the petitioner.
