Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding District Inspector of Schools, Etah, respondent No.3 to pass appropriate order and to conclude the proceeding, which has been initiated vide order dated 4.9.2019 within the stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the election of the Committee of Management of Gautam Budh Inter College, Aligarh, Etah is suffered from many irregularities and objection in this regard was field by the petitioners, who claims to be members of the General Body of the Society on 17.8.2019, which remained undecided. Even for the said objection District Inspector of Schools vide letter bearing No.3116/2019-20 dated 4.9.2019 directed the parties to remain present on 9.9.2019, but the proceeding of the said case was not concluded till date.
Under these circumstances, direction is issued to the District Inspector of Schools, Etah, respondent No.3 to pass appropriate order on the objection filed by the petitioners dated 17.8.2019 against the election dated 10.1.2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
